INGREDIENTS


1 Bottle of Red Wine (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Zinfandel, Rioja...)
2 Shots of gin
1 Lemon cut into wedges
1 Orange cut into wedges
1 Lime cut into wedges
1 Cup of sliced strawberries or raspberries (better fresh than frozen, but frozen will do)
1 Cup of sliced pineapples (with juice)
2 Tablespoons sugar
4 Cups of Ginger Ale, Brio or
1/2 glass of Oragne Juice

PREPARATION:

In a large pitcher, combine red wine, juice from the lemon, orange and lime +
the squeezed wedges (sans the seeds).
Add pineapple, sugar, orange juice and gin.

Chill overnight. Add the ginger ale, berries and ice short before serving.
If serving right away, pour over lots of ice.
Sangria is chilled for 24hrs allowing the flavour to marinate.
