We stayed at the LTI Varadero with our three kids (13, 9, 7) and had a fabulous time.
The LTI is usually a bit more money than hotels in the same area, but it is definitelly worth it.

Our kids were very happy with it and loved the food. There was a lot of activities for them through the day and this was the most important thing for us. The pool area was very clean and we enjoyed it very much. There wasn't many loud people or really loud music as there are at many all inclusive resorts. The entertainment was alos very good.

We have previously stayed at the LTI in Punta Cana and this is easily comparable if not even a little better. It is newer and the service is a bit better we found.

The beach is very nice and there is enough shade so you don't have to hurry down to grab your seats in the early morning.

I would recommand this property for families with kids and people who are looking for a little extra out of a resort in Cuba.
