Our goal is to give you quality service and assure you have a safe trip.
In order to make sure everything goes well,
we ask if you could review the Terms and Conditions below.

The All Seasons Travel Online Reservation Service is provided solely to assist our guests in determining the availability of travel related goods and services and to make legitimate reservations with All Seasons Travel and featured Tour Operators.
In connection with this service, you agree to and guarantee the following:

• You're at least 18 years of age, and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use the All Seasons Travel Inc. website in accordance with all of the terms and conditions contained in this All Seasons travel Inc. Online Agreement;

• You are financially responsible for your use of allseasons.org, including, without limitation, your use of the All Seasons Travel Inc. Online Reservations system, as well as the use of your account by others, including minors living with you;

• You're completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of the All Seasons Travel Inc website;

• You'll supervise all usage by minors of the All Seasons Travel Inc. web site under your name or account;

• You warrant all information provided by you, or members of your household in using our website, is true and correct;

• You understand any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation, or any reservation in anticipation of demand, is strictly prohibited;

• You use the reservation services provided through the All Seasons Travel website only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you, or another person for whom you are legally authorized to act;

• You realize abuse of the All Seasons Travel Inc. Online Reservation Service may result in your being denied access to our web site;

If, at any time, you require the assistance of an All Seasons Travel Inc. representative in regards to using the Allseasons.org website, or to help you to understand the terms and provisions of this All Seasons Travel Inc. Reservations Agreement, or you wish to provide us with some feedback, an All Seasons Travel representative would be pleased to help you.

The name on the photo-ID must match the name on this itinerary. If you are travelling to a foreign country, it is your obligation to obtain all necessary travel documents such as a passport or visa, as directed by embassies and consulates. In addition, you must present your itinerary to immigration authorities, if requested.

Please review this itinerary and should you have any questions, call us within 24 hours of receipt of this itinerary.
Changes to your itinerary may require the payment of additional fees and fare upgrades. If you are travelling on a Non-Refundable ticket, All Seasons Travel Inc. will be unable to make exceptions in the event of an unexpected trip cancellation or medical emergency.
We recommend the purchase of travel insurance.

For security reasons, dangerous articles must not be packed in checked or carry-on baggage. All Seasons Travel Inc. assumes no liability for lost, stolen or misplaced valuables.

If your tickets are Airport Pick- Up, please ensure you pick up your tickets at the TOUR OPERATOR/AIRLINE counter at least 3 hours prior to departure at the appropriate counter.
Please refer to www.gtaa.com or your local airport authority for airline phone numbers and terminals.

Prices, availability, and dates during this period are subject to change as per the airline/tour operator rules and regulations

All reservations are not guaranteed until ticketed or the Booking Status says CONFIRMED/OK.

• Once a reservation has been confirmed (ticketed), the tickets are 100% Non-Refundable and no Changes are permitted at any time.

• For full terms and conditions, please refer to the terms and conditions from the Supplier Brochure or airline website.

• Guests must check-in 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Passports and proper travel documents will be required for check in purposes. Please contact your local Embassy and airline for proper documents required, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure you have all travel documents and Visas required for entry into the traveling country. Guests arriving less than 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure will be denied boarding.

• We highly recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance.

The Credit Card Holder should be one of the Traveling Passengers or present at check in. The Airline/Tour Operator may require this credit card to be presented at time your pick up your tickets at the Tour Operator or the Airline Ticket counter. If credit card is not presented, you may be required to purchase a new ticket.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review and understand this information, and inform themselves of the terms and conditions governing their contract with a Tour Operator/Airline. Customers requiring assistance in obtaining this information can contact an All Seasons Travel Inc. representative. You will be responsible for reconfirming with the Airline 24 hours prior to departure and on the day of departure. Failure to contact the airline in regards to reconfirming the airline times and details may result in a flight being missed.
All Seasons Travel Inc. does not accept legal responsibility or liability for your dissatisfaction or complaints with the product or services provided by Tour Operators/Airlines.

 

AIRPORT CHECK IN, RECONFIRMATION:
Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. All passengers should arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to flight departure. Check-in opens at least 3 hours prior to the flight and closes 1 hour prior to departure. For security reasons, all passengers must be present for check-in. You will not be allowed to board, nor will you be entitled to refund, if you have not
checked in by that time. Please ensure you contact your airline at least 24 hours prior to departure and on the day of departure, it will be your responsibility to reconfirm all your flight details before departure. If All Seasojns Travel Inc. is aware of a change, every effort will be made to advise you directly.

DOCUMENTATION:
It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain, at their own expense, all documentation required by all relevant government authorities, and this may vary depending on citizenship status. Special documentation may be required for minors travelling alone or for children who carry a different surname than their travelling companions and for single parents travelling with children. It is strongly recommended that prior to departure, the passenger ascertains the documentation required. In the event that the passenger does not possess the documentation
required by the destination, transit or the carrier, the carrier reserves the right to refuse passage.

If you are Cuban Born, travelling into Cuba, please ensure you are informed of all regulations in regards to points of entry into CUBA. All Seasons Travel Inc. is not responsible for missed documentation and for additional expenses occurred in obtaining these documents.
